Embracing the theme “USA Truck: Back and Built to Last,” the company is reaffirming its pledge to operational excellence, strong partnerships, and sustainable growth.

New Ownership and Leadership Structure

UTAC, LLC is guided by three principals with extensive knowledge of both USA Truck and the transportation sector, which ensures continuity and growth:

Kutak Rock LLP served as the legal advisor for UTAC, LLC throughout the transaction.

A Legacy Rooted in the Past, Focused on the Future

George Henry, CEO of USA Truck, reflected on the transition, stating, “I am deeply grateful to DSV for their engagement during their time with us and for their support throughout this transition. The insights and expertise gained from two leading freight forwarders are now integral to our operations. We are eager to have USA Truck return to its Arkansas roots, continuing the legacy established by our founder, a U.S. Naval Aviator, while enhanced by global insights. I owe a debt of gratitude to our dedicated employees and customers. Welcome back, USA Truck!”

Focus on Long-term Growth

The move to private ownership positions USA Truck to operate with increased agility, allowing a sharper focus on customer relationships, reliable service, and disciplined growth.
